She was extremely professional, flexible and kept in touch with us during the whole process which is what we wanted from an Estate Agent. My family and I were immigrating back to the UK from South Africa. I had already secured accommodation prior to our departure however a few days before we were meant to fly out the school in the area no longer had space for my son. Ally answered my call and despite me being 8200 miles away in South Africa she undertook it upon herself to assist me and my family which a lot of agency’s did not want help us as we were not in the country as of yet.
