Foxwood lettings team has a detailed knowledge of the local market and all legislation that governs the lettings industry. We manage a large number of properties for local landlords, overseas investors and people who have relocated abroad.

As a Landlord Client of FoxWood Maclean, you can choose from a range of letting services – Let Only, Rent Collection or Full Property Management. Both landlord and tenant client funds are fully insured via the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
Personal service
All instructions are handled by our Group Director, Kate Boyes, who will introduce you to the members of the team that will assist you throughout the process. The team will advise you on who the property should be marketed to, how to prepare the property for rental and ensure that the property is marketed at the right price. We recognise the important balance between letting the property quickly and ensuring we let the property to the right tenant.
Marketing your property
We will market all properties with professional photos and floorplans. Furthermore, we also use a wide range of channels to market properties locally. These include the traditional channels such Primelocation and Rightmove, local newspapers and our To Let boards. In addition, we also make use of new social media channels such as Twitter which we have found to be hugely successful.
On-going support
When we find you a tenant our team will ensure that you are compliant with safety legislation. We will also organise all administrative tasks, including a professional inventory and professional cleaning and carpet cleaning services.
If you elect for a fully managed service we have two full time property managers based in our Tunbridge Wells office. We offer 24/7 hands-on support, together with a strong network of professional local contractors.
